What is an American Citizen?

You are either born here or apply for citizenship legally and accepted.   End of statement.

If you were not born in the United States and you applied for citizenship and received it…Welcome.   If this is the case then you took the oath below:

“I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America …

What is one promise when you become a U.S. citizen? Key principle: I promise that I will protect the Constitution and all laws from all enemies, from other countries, or from inside the United States. SECTION 3 …that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; Key principle: I promise that my loyalty is to the United States only.

If you can’t abide by this commitment…then leave.

One would think that the above is clear and understandable…until an attorney decides to interpret it.  It depends on your definition of “is”…as Bill Clinton would say.

The United States is being infiltrated by people that don’t approve or care to abide by those principles, (Visas and Work Permits excluded from this assessment). It is time to get involved and save our country before it is destroyed within.

Maybe those that are born here should take the same pledge…or be given a one-way-ticket to another country they prefer.
